Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your electronics in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all cables, ear tips, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
